Talent Development Director

Designing the business talent strategy and strategic Talent Plan. Provide a dual focus on the most senior (Area VP and Directors) and most junior (Early in Career) populations. Build robust career plans and leadership journeys through 1-2-1 coaching and workshops. Enabling the implementation of talent programs through a partnership with GEO leaders and HRBPs, focused on delivering consistent corporate content and customizing for the local geographical needs. Leading the change and transformation efforts for talent and organizational initiatives. Ensuring that the organization and the people are structured to meet the fast-evolving technology and market. Acting as an SME consultant for talent solutions and working across the French subsidiary as a member of the HR Leadership Team.

Head of Human Resources

Lead and build the Human Resource function for innovative blockchain startup, providing HR support to a globally dispersed team. Implementing the people strategy for compensation, recruitment, HRIS, employee and social relations.

BLIZZARD ENTERTAINMENt (2006 – 2019)

Senior HR Manager, Europe

Responsible for the HR Business Partnership with the Publishing and Business Operations in Europe, supporting leaders in analyzing, designing, and implementing scalable organizations to meet business needs and challenges.

Providing support to managers and leaders with employee relations, including performance management, coaching, and disciplinaries. Engaging with leaders to maintain team cohesion and effectiveness, through identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and facilitation talent planning discussions. Acting as a consultant for managers and employees on Human Resource related topics, such as labour laws and compliance.

HR Talent and Organizational Development, EMEA

Lead the Learning and Organisational Development efforts for Blizzard Europe with responsibility for the strategy and execution of leadership development, talent management, change and culture management, performance management, and organizational design & development. Work in partnership with all Business Units across Europe to ensure that individual, team, and organization-wide learning efforts are in line with the business vision and goals. Monitor and measure the impact of these programs and adjust accordingly.

Building and managing the L&OD Annual Roadmap and Operating Plan (Budget), as well as the management of L&OD personnel. I manage a team (4) of Learning and Organisational Development specialists based in Europe as well as work as part of the global Talent Development team. As such I have dual reporting into the Human Resource Director in Europe and Senior Director of Talent and Organisational Development in our Irvine Head Quarters. Work collaboratively on global projects within the Global HR team.

Customer Service Group Manager, France & Ireland

Various Customer service management roles in France and Ireland, largest being group manager leading 9 teams of customer service representatives (170 employees) in the Versailles office

Customer Service, Learning and Development Manager

Worked as part of the global CS Learning and Development leadership team to define the strategy for corporate learning and service excellence. I led a team of 12 learning specialists (across two sites) that produced traditional classroom learning as well as various technology-assisted learning programs, and blended solutions. Introduce innovation in learning through the implementation of gamification and simulation-based learning experiences, including winning awards from the CCMA (Customer Centre Management Association) ‘Best Training Program’.

Worked with the APMG to gain Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) status for Blizzard entertainment and build a Quality Management System (QMS).
