The modern organisation is a large part of our paradigm today. We all recognise and respect structures that exist purely through common understanding and beliefs. These beliefs, in turn, shape our reality and our behaviour.


Human Resource professions act like modern-day priests to these organisations and custodians of their rituals and prophecies.
